TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BlushRooms website, platform, and related services ("BlushRooms", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), owned and operated by BlushRooms Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

1.2. By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using BlushRooms, you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Users include Creators, Companions, and Members.

1.3. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use BlushRooms.

1.4. BlushRooms is intended for lawful use only. Users must be 18+ and pass age verification where required.

Creator – a user who uploads digital content (images, videos) for monetisation.

Companion – a user who advertises personal companionship services.

Member – any user who browses, purchases digital content, or interacts with Creators/Companions.

Content – images, videos, text, audio, or material uploaded to the Platform.

Tokens / Credits – virtual currency purchased by Members for unlocking digital content or messaging.

Gross Earnings – total tokens or payments generated by a Creator/Companion before platform fees.

Payout – withdrawal of tokens converted into GBP via Stripe or an approved payment processor.

3.1. You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

3.2. Creators and Companions must complete an approved age and identity verification process (e.g., AgeChecked, Yoti or successor service).

3.3. BlushRooms may request re-verification at any time, including in cases of suspected identity mismatch, fraud, or user reports.

3.4. Providing false identification or attempting to bypass age verification will result in immediate termination.

4.1. BlushRooms does not process, facilitate, benefit from, or participate in any payments relating to in-person companionship or personal meetings.

4.2. Any arrangement between a Member and a Companion occurs entirely outside the platform, is not contracted through BlushRooms, and is not the responsibility of BlushRooms.

4.3. Companions may display rates, services, and availability for informational purposes only.

4.4. BlushRooms is not liable for:

• conduct during meetings
• safety issues
• cancellations
• fees exchanged privately

4.5. BlushRooms follows the same legal model as AdultWork to ensure compliance.

5.1. By uploading content, Creators/Companions confirm:

• They own the content, or
• They have full rights and written consent from all individuals featured.

5.2. You must not upload:

• Stolen content
• Content featuring anyone under 18 (including yourself at the time)
• Content without documented consent
• Deepfakes, AI-generated likenesses of real individuals without consent
• Revenge content
• Any illegal content

5.3. You grant BlushRooms a non-exclusive licence to display, host, and distribute your content within the platform for the purposes of operation.

5.4. This licence ends when content is deleted, except where:

• required for fraud prevention
• required by law
• needed for ongoing dispute resolution

Users must NOT:

• harass or abuse other users
• attempt to obtain personal contact details without consent
• impersonate others
• attempt to bypass the payment or token system
• attempt to share illegal content
• commercially exploit others' content
• use the platform for trafficking, coercion, or exploitation

BlushRooms will report criminal activity to authorities where legally required.

7.1. Members purchase tokens ("Credits") in GBP.

7.2. Token prices are displayed clearly before purchase.

7.3. All digital content unlocks are final. No refunds are offered unless required by law.

7.4. Tokens are non-transferable and expire after 12 months of inactivity.

7.5. BlushRooms does not store payment card information; all transactions are processed through a regulated payment provider.

8.1. Platform split:

• Creators/Companions receive 85% of digital earnings
• BlushRooms retains 15%
• BlushRooms absorbs the Stripe processing fee

8.2. Payouts occur on demand, initiated by the Creator/Companion, provided minimum thresholds are met.

8.3. All payouts are made in GBP.

8.4. Creator earnings are considered self-employed income. Creators are responsible for their own tax declarations.

8.5. BlushRooms may freeze payouts if:

• content ownership is disputed
• fraud is suspected
• identity mismatch occurs
• a chargeback or investigation is underway

9.1. Creators may set:

• subscription prices
• content unlock prices
• messaging rates (where applicable)

9.2. Members may send messages that cost tokens ("monetised messaging").

Creators receive 70% of messaging revenue.

9.3. Companions may list a phone number publicly. Messaging charging applies only to platform messages.

10.1. BlushRooms may use automated and human moderation tools.

10.2. Users may report:

• stolen content
• impersonation
• underage concerns
• abusive behaviour

10.3. BlushRooms may suspend or ban any account at our absolute discretion to protect safety or platform integrity.

10.4. Banned users may not re-register; device, IP, and phone verification may be used to prevent evasion.

11.1. Users keep ownership of their content.

11.2. You must not:

• screenshot
• record
• redistribute
• download

any Creator content.

11.3. Legal action may be taken against infringement.

12.1. BlushRooms does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

12.2. Maintenance, upgrades, or outages may occur without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• BlushRooms is not liable for user conduct offline or online.
• BlushRooms is not liable for lost earnings, business interruption, or consequential damages.
• BlushRooms provides the service "as-is" with no warranty of suitability.
• Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death/serious injury caused by negligence.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms.

Upon termination:

• All licences granted to BlushRooms end
• Earnings may be withheld if fraud is suspected
• You may not create a new account

15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15.2. Users agree that all disputes will be resolved through the UK courts.

15.3. International users are responsible for ensuring their own local compliance.

BlushRooms may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
