DEPICTED PERSON APPEALS POLICY
BlushRooms Digital Ltd – Trading as "BlushRooms"
1. Introduction
BlushRooms respects the rights of all individuals depicted in content published on the platform
This policy explains the process for any person depicted in content to request review, restriction, or removal of that content where they believe consent was not given, is invalid, has been withdrawn where applicable, or cannot be adequately demonstrated.
2. Who May Make a Request
A request may be made by any person depicted in content on BlushRooms who believes that:
- they did not consent to being depicted in the content
- they did not consent to the upload, publication, or distribution of the content on the platform
- any consent previously given is invalid under applicable law
- the uploader cannot demonstrate that valid consent was obtained
3. How to Submit a Request
Requests should be submitted by email to:

- a link (URL) to the content in question
- a description of the content
- the reason for the request
- any supporting information or evidence that may help us investigate
BlushRooms may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity and assess the request.
4. Review Process
All requests will be reviewed promptly.
Where appropriate, BlushRooms may temporarily restrict access to or remove the content while an investigation is ongoing.
Our review may include:
- assessment of the reported content
- review of relevant account activity
- requests for information from the uploader
- requests for information from the person making the request
- review of any available consent records or related documentation
BlushRooms aims to review and resolve requests within five (5) business days, where reasonably possible.
5. Outcomes
Following investigation, BlushRooms may take one or more of the following actions:
- take no action where valid consent is demonstrated and the content is otherwise compliant
- temporarily restrict access to the content pending further review
- permanently remove the content
- suspend or terminate the uploader&rapos;s account
- refer the matter to law enforcement or other relevant authorities where appropriate
Where BlushRooms determines that valid consent was not obtained, is invalid, has been withdrawn where applicable, or cannot be adequately demonstrated, the content will be removed.
6. Appeals and Dispute Resolution
If the person making the request or the uploader disagrees with the outcome, they may submit an appeal by emailing:

- reference to the original request
- details of why the outcome is disputed
- any additional supporting information
Appeals will be reviewed and a further decision will be provided where appropriate.
Where a disagreement cannot be resolved through the platform’s internal review process, the matter may be referred to an appropriate neutral body, legal process, or other independent dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
